Beth Kibur is a passionate, committed and effective Litigation Lawyer, with a focus on Family Law and Estate Litigation. She prides herself in achieving a satisfactory resolution for her clients in an efficient manner that is sensitive to all of the client’s needs.
Beth commenced her Bachelor Degree in Philosophy at the University of Western Ontario, where she was the recipient of the prestigious Richard Ivey School of Business Scholarship of Distinction. Beth received her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, where she was the recipient of the Joel Organec Scholarship .
After law school, Beth articled and worked as an associate at the Law Offices of Roger Rowe, practicing in the areas of Family, Criminal and Immigration law, advocating for her clients at various levels of court such as the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Federal Court, as well as tribunals such as the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Immigration Appeal Division.
Beth worked in the Public Service as a full-time Duty Counsel for the Family Court, servicing all the court houses in Simcoe County, District of Muskoka and District of Parry Sound. Beth has achieved countless resolutions for clients through effective negotiation and advocacy.
Beth is a Past President of the Orillia Lawyers Association, has served as the treasurer of the Simcoe County Family Law Lawyers Association and is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Orillia.
In her free time, Beth enjoys being outdoors, yoga, reading and travelling.
