Bola was called to the Bar in 2011 and works primarily in the areas of Civil Litigation, Immigration law and Municipal law.
Her Civil Litigation practice covers a broad range of areas, including commercial and contractual disputes, Estate litigation matters, such as guardianship applications, challenges to Wills and disputes involving trustees and beneficiaries. Bola’s litigation practice also includes land-related disputes.
In her Immigration practice, Bola assists clients in preparing and submitting various permanent residence applications, including family sponsorships (spouses/common-law partners and dependent children), Federal Skilled Workers and Canadian Experience Class. Bola also assists with temporary residence applications, including work permit applications for employees and employers, assistance in obtaining Labour Market Opinions, temporary resident visas, student visas and various post-graduation applications for foreign students.
In her municipal practice, Bola has appeared before the Ontario Municipal Board, representing both private individuals and municipalities on various land -use planning matters.
Bola obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa. Bola also holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University. She is a graduate of St. Joseph’s High School in Barrie.
Bola joined Graham Partners in 2010 as an articling student. During her articles, she had the opportunity to work on various litigation, municipal, corporate and commercial matters.
