Christopher Shultz practice focuses on all aspects of corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial leasing.
Christopher joined HGR Graham Partners as a Student-At-Law in 2016, and now practices as an Associate Lawyer with the Corporate Commercial practice group of HGR Graham Partners. Christopher brings a keen interest in all aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate law. Prior to joining HGR Graham Partners, Christopher worked in varied roles throughout Canada’s financial services sector. He brings considerable insight into the intersection and interplay of business, finance and capital markets.
Christopher holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts (Hon.B.A) in International Relations from the University of Toronto (Trinity) as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Exeter.
Outside of his professional life, Christopher is an avid skier, hiker and sailor.
