Kellie joined HGR Lawyers in 2008 after working as assistant general counsel to a Crown Corporation in Regina and general counsel to quick service restaurant chain in Calgary. In Kellie's professional life, she has gained practical experience in many areas of corporate and commercial law that are important to small and medium-sized businesses. Kellie is involved in the legal aspects of setting up and organizing partnerships and corporations including professional corporations, buying and selling businesses, contract drafting and review, reorganizations, commercial leasing and shareholder agreements.
Kellie enjoys being an active citizen in our community and is currently a Vice President of the Orillia District Chamber of Commerce where she was elected to the board in 2008 and appointed Chair of the Business After Five Committee. Kellie is also a proud and active Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Orillia Lake Country.
Kellie and her husband Tim are learning the joys of parenthood from their young sons, Oscar and Rory.
