Shira joined HGR Graham Partners’ corporate/commercial and real estate practice groups in 2015 after completing her Juris Doctor at the University of Western Ontario where she completed her area of concentration in business law. Shira also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from York University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. As a law student, Shira summered at a boutique insurance defence firm in Toronto but has since chosen to leave the big city for the sunshine in Orillia.

Shira has taken a particular focus in intellectual property law and employment law within her corporate/commercial practice.
At Western Law, Shira volunteered for Community Legal Services as well as Pro Bono Students Canada where she gained experience representing those who could not otherwise afford legal representation. Shira continues to volunteer her time within the Orillia community and is the current Vice President of the Orillia Lawyers Association.
