HGR Graham Partners Supports Local Hospitals

HGR Graham Partners LLP has had a long history of contributing to important community resources.  It is with great pride that we share with you the firm’s 2015 Capital Campaigns in support of our local hospitals within our region.  We appreciate the important work that these hospitals do in our communities and are proud to support their efforts.

Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland

On November 9th, Karen Lowe, Georgia Swan, John Walker, Suzanne Poole and Ron Crane presented the Georgian Bay General Hospital Foundation with a donation of $10,000 to assist with their Emergency Room renovations. The funds raised through this project will transform the curtained treatment beds into treatment rooms and build an enclosed ambulance garage. Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital

On November 16th, Kellie Beasley presented a $10,000 donation to the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Foundation. This donation will aid the hospital in the purchase of a digital mammography machine. At the same time, a challenge was extended to businesses in Orillia to support the purchase of the new machine. Since our initial donation, more than $25,000 has been raised, coming from both individuals and businesses. Collingwood General and Marine Hospital

On November 18th, Sean Ainley, Karen Lowe and Lysanne Cholette attended at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital to present a donation of $5,000 towards the purchase of a portable vital sign monitor. The portable monitor will enable nurses to perform other tasks while it automatically records important information that would otherwise be recorded manually. Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie

On November 24th, Marshall Green, Wendy Miller and Karen Lowe presented a $25,000 donation to the Hearts and Minds Campaign. The funds raised through this campaign will assist RVH in supporting research initiatives, updating equipment and providing advanced cardiac care, women’s cancer services, and child and youth mental health services.
