Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary dispute resolution process by which parties engage an impartial, neutral third party (the mediator) who will assist them to resolve their differences without the necessity of a court proceeding. Mediation can be initiated at any time, before, during, or instead of court.

A successful mediation can preserve or improve a relationship between parties. Mediation is a voluntary process that can serve as a speedy, private, and very cost-effective alternative to the traditional litigation process. Our family law lawyers are well versed in the mediation process and can be engaged to prepare parties to attend mediation and put their best case forward in mediation negotiations.
