Ben was raised in Tiny, Ontario, and went to school in Penetanguishene before attending Queen’s University and earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Ben subsequently continued his studies at Queen’s University where he earned his Juris Doctor. During his time at university, Ben was involved in the Kingston music scene where he played several charity concerts with different bands.

Ben summered and completed his articles in Toronto at Owens Wright LLP before returning home and joining HGR Graham Partners in 2024. Ben is based mainly in the Midland and Penetanguishene offices. His practice is focused primarily on commercial and residential real estate, but also aspects of estates and corporate law. Among other things, Ben works to advise clients on matters relating to purchases, sales, and development.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time at his family cottage on Georgian Bay. While Ben made the most of his time in the city, he is happy to return home to be closer to family and service the community in which he grew up.
