Connor was born in Guelph, Ontario but grew up in Simcoe County residing in Midland, Penetanguishene, and Tiny Township. Connor left home after high school to attend the University of Guelph where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, as well as a Diploma in Human Resources Management. Connor currently holds a designation as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).

After working in Human Resources, where he acquired a keen interest in employment law, Connor attended law school at the University of Windsor. During the summers away from school, Connor worked with HGR Graham Partners and has returned home once again to Simcoe County to complete his articling term with the firm.

Outside of work, Connor is a reluctant but eternal Leafs fan, he enjoys staying active – golfing when the weather permits, barbequing in the summer and spending time with friends and family.
