Jatin focuses his practice on corporate and commercial matters, supporting businesses through a wide range of transactional and advisory work, including purchasing and selling shares and assets, shareholders’ agreements, incorporations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and more. He brings a practical, business-minded approach to every file, helping clients navigate complex legal issues with clear, strategic guidance.
Before moving to Barrie, Jatin trained at a national Bay Street law firm, where he gained broad experience across corporate and commercial matters. Jatin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Business Management, majoring in Law and Business. He went on to earn his Canadian and American Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating cum laude. During law school, Jatin served as President of the Business Law Society and worked with the Wayne County Corporation Counsel, where he assisted government employees with a variety of legal matters.
Outside of work, Jatin enjoys his involvement with the Rotary Club of Barrie, helping the elderly and disabled through meal delivery programs and playing basketball.
