Tayler was born and raised in Simcoe County and has returned to the area to complete her articling with HGR Graham Partners. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree in Criminology, with a Minor in Psychology, from Lakehead University in Orillia. After completing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Queensland, Australia to pursue her Juris Doctor Degree at Bond University.
Upon returning to Canada, Tayler joined HGR Graham Partners while completing her NCA Qualification Exams and earning a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University. This allows her to become dually licensed to practice law in both Victoria, Australia and Ontario. In August 2025, she was admitted as an Australian lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria Australia. She is actively working towards obtaining her license to practice law in Ontario.
Tayler was involved in her community by coaching local girls’ hockey teams and volunteering with the OSPCA and Kids Help Phone. Outside the office, she enjoys boating on Georgian Bay, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
